Fitness Journal: Day 1

Ok...It's happened again. I've hit my physical rock bottom. During my own version of Eat Pray Love... I've completed the eating/sloth phase. During which I've let my body go to "hell in a hand basket." Now onto Pray...My body is my temple and all that jazz right, well it's time to start treating it as so.

The Goal, The Expectation:

-Brazil Butt Lift. You paid way too much for it, so use it every darn day, except Sundays. 
-30 Min Yoga Practice Daily
-15 Meditation Practice Daily
-Eat Clean...Meaning Jeremy is taking the homemade German Chocolate Cake that I made to work!!
