Fitness Journal: Day 2

Exercise:
Completed; Bum Bum Brazil Butt Lift, workout. Yay!

Diet:
Made Green Goddess Smoothie for breakfast and lunch. Added protein powder for extra calories and nutrients! Have been drinking 8 glasses of water and Yogi brand tea as well. No sugary beverages for this girl.

Mind/Body: 
I feel better already! Yesterday I noticed myself craving more physical exercise. I had a ton of energy and was in a great mood! Today I've noticed my mind feeling clearer allready, I feel positive and on track!!

I think I've finished the eating/sloth chapter of this book for now! Onward and upward!
