Fitness Journal: Day 4

Exercise: 
Completed Bum Bum workout. Feeling more competent in moves, although still room to improve. Hope to add High and Tight workout tomorrow.

Diet:
Drinking Green Goddess smoothies for breakfast and lunch with added protein. Made salmon with rice and veggies for dinner. No slip ups today!!

Body/Mind:
Feeling much more clear headed, finding better perspectives on most things that bother me. Much more energy and motivation. Also creative juices are flowing, not sure how much this has to do with a healthy lifestyle...I'm guessing a lot since I had zero before this!

Hoping for a wonderful day tomorrow. I'm pretty worn out right now.
